Comments: This structure had been decorated with objects that the owners had found over the preceeding fifteen or so years, including shells, old glass net floats, 18th and 19th century wine bottles, etc. The result was a "Pirates of the Caribbean" sort of decor that a DC restaurant would have to pay $100,000 to achieve.
